The Product Who It's For Pricing The Build Contact

The Product

Three things: a Resume Translator that rewrites your trade work experience in language remote employers recognize, a No-Degree Job Feed that shows only remote roles that don't require a degree, and an Application Tracker so you always know where every application stands. We're not trying to do everything — just the three things that matter most when you're making this transition.
No. It takes your actual experience and translates it — it doesn't replace it with buzzwords. A forklift operator becomes a logistics coordinator with inventory management expertise. A service advisor becomes a customer success professional with high-volume escalation experience. The goal is to make your real skills legible to people who've never worked your job.
We pull from established remote job sources like We Work Remotely, Remote.co, and similar boards, then filter aggressively — remote only, no degree required, and roles that realistically match a trade-to-remote career path (customer success, operations, support, SDR, logistics). We cut the noise so you don't have to.
The Resume Translator uses AI, yes. But it's not a chatbot — it's a purpose-built tool for one specific job. You paste your experience, you get a translated resume. The job feed and tracker are not AI — they're just well-designed tools that do what they say.

Who It's For

NextShift is built for anyone coming from hands-on, physical, or customer-facing work who wants to move into a remote role. That includes automotive, manufacturing, warehousing, service industries, hospitality, retail management, military backgrounds, and more. If your experience doesn't translate easily to a traditional resume — this is for you.
None. If you can fill out a form and click a button, you can use NextShift. We built it specifically for people who aren't already living in tech — that's the whole point.
More than you think. Customer Success, Sales Development (SDR), Technical Support, Operations Coordinator, Dispatcher, Account Manager, Quality Assurance — these are all roles that value the skills trade workers already have: precision, problem-solving under pressure, customer communication, and accountability. The barrier isn't skill — it's translation.

Pricing

$29/month for founding members (first 50 spots, locked forever) or $49/month after launch. No contracts. No setup fees. No upsells. Cancel anytime.
The first 50 people who sign up get $29/month locked in permanently — even after the price goes to $49. It's a real reward for early adopters, not a fake countdown timer. When those 50 spots are gone, the price goes up and doesn't come back down.
We're running a free beta for a small group before launch. If you want to be considered, join the waitlist and mention "beta" in your email. We'll reach out personally.
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. We're not going to make it hard — if it's not working for you, we want to know why so we can fix it, not trap you.

The Build

We're in active development now. The goal is a public launch within 8 weeks. Join the waitlist and you'll get early access before it opens to everyone — plus the founding member rate if you're in the first 50.
NextShift is built by a founder who left a physical career and couldn't find the right tools to make the pivot — so she built them — and a developer who wanted to work on something that actually helped people. Small team. No VC funding. No corporate agenda. Just two people who were tired of watching skilled workers get overlooked because their resumes didn't speak the right language.
Yes — and your feedback is how. We're launching with three core features and building from there based on what users actually need. Interview prep, salary research, networking tools for people without networks — all on the roadmap. The difference is we'll only build things people actually ask for.
